QUALITY CONTROL

Once each month, every account is inspected and rated by the "Quality Control Manager". The building manager or designate client representative is encouraged to be present. If the pre-established standard is not met, the janitors are given 48 hours to correct any deficiencies. These and other tools provide us with a concise means of establishing and maintaining housekeeping requirements for your facilities and are fundamental to the implementation of quality service.

SUPERVISION

SERVIMEX  Feels one of the key factors to its success stems from on the job supervision. Therefore, to maintain your facility, a professionally trained SERVIMEX supervisor is on hand and accountable for our night staff.

EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES

SERVIMEX  Believes in using the most efficient equipment and the highest quality cleaning solutions available. On occasion, a client will request that we use a specific product or provide a list of products to use. SERVIMEX is happy to respond to either request.

LABOR REGULATIONS

SERVIMEX  Will abide by all state , local and federal regulations.

INSURANCE

SERVIMEX  Shall furnish proof of insurance coverage for worker's compensation, property damage and liability with a minimum limit of $ 2,000,000,.00 ( two million dollars). A blanket fidelity bond in the amount of $ 25,000.00 ( twenty five thousand dollars) Covers each SERVIMEX employee.
